Baptist Concern Center
The Baptist Concern Center is primarily a food pantry that serves families in need of food assistance. Groceries are available to families on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1-4p.m. We also provide clothing and furniture dependent upon donations. Also, once a month the Center offers life skill classes to try and better equip people with the basic skills they need to lead a better life.
Adventure Camps
These camps are designed for children ages 8-12.
Campers engage in a variety of activities, including crafts, hiking, rock climbing, and Bible study. The camps are a creative and fun way to help children grow in their faith and share in new experiences. Check out information on our current camp by clicking here.
Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a special time of year to spend with family and friends, however many people need just a little extra help at Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving Day, the Baptist Concern Center gives away turkeys, hams, and Thanksgiving baskets to people in need. Every year more than 1,000 families receive help .
Christmas Stockings
Imagine a child waking up on Christmas morning without presents under the tree. This year we are asking everyone to pitch in and donate stockings full of goodies for boys and girls. Families in need will be able to pick up these gifts, and listen to the Christmas story about the greatest gift of all.
